This question is regarding Triton Topaz T100si - Shower Spares

Shower won't turn on

When using the shower today it went off a few times but could be turned back on, then eventually it went off and didn't come back on. Display is blank and nothing happens when the buttons are pressed. Over the winter there was issues with low pressure error where LP would show, water would continue to flow, but it would become cold for a few seconds. Not sure if this is related. Any idea what might be causing this complete failure?

You need to test that there is power to the shower. The ceiling pull switch or wall switch maybe faulty.
