This question is regarding Triton Topaz T100si - Shower Spares

Triton Topaz T 100si

the temperature control knob if I turn it fully up or down the temperature remains the same very hot at 58degs even in eco mode the temperature will not change even though the indication shows on the LCD shows the arrows down the temperature remains the same please can you help.

Turn the shower temperature control from fully cold to fully hot. When you do this slowly there should be a gradual change in temperature and flow. At fully hot you should have not much more than a dribble coming from the hose, and on fully cold you should have a good strong flow. If you do not have this difference, or the flow or temperature is erratic, then you may have a faulty flow/stabilizer valve.

Because your shower has a pcb , then this maybe the cause of the problem. Replacing it is the only way to check this.

I have tried turning the temperature control from fully cold to fully hot and there is no change to either the temperature or the flow, when fully hot the water is very hot and when I turn it down to cold the temperature remains the same and also the flow. So if it is the flow/stabilizer how much is a new one, you also mention
the pcb what would that cost, it might be better to change the whole until if parts are to dear.
