This question is regarding Triton Topaz T100si - Shower Spares

water flow

water flows when power turned off removed solenoid to clean inlet filter no filter found it seems to have worked for about 5 years like this is it possible or do I have replace solenoid or is apart number for FILTER and SOLENOID avaible

If when you switch off the shower at the mainisolator and the shower keeps running then you have afaulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at themain isolator and the waterstops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is stickingon.

Some solenoid assemblies do not have filters.
