This question is regarding Triton Trance 2 Electric Shower - Shower Spares

Triton Trance 2 9.5KW

When I turn the ceiling mains switch on to supply power to the shower, the mains trips out instantly. This is before pressing the power switch on the shower. Any ideas?

Have the ceiling switch checked first. Then the connection at the block inside the shower etc.
