Leak

when the shower is on water is leaking from valve near hose.

If the water is leaking from the clear tube sticking out of the base of the shower unit then your PRD (pressure Relief device has activated and will need replaced. this is item 13 from the spares list in this link provided - www.showerdoc.com/triton-tx7500i-shower-spares
