Leak between stabilising valve and heater can assembly

I have a leak between the stabilising valve and the heater can assembly. Is it simply a washer I have to replace or do I need to replace the whole valve assembly?

Unusual place for this to leak the seal is just a push fit ‘O’ ring assembly, I guess you could just split it and grease the ‘O’ ring and slip it back together.

The more likely place for it to leak is from the top of the stabilizing valve and the water weeping down the back making it look like it is coming from the heating tank/stab valve joint.
