This question is regarding Triton Unichrome Shower Tower - Shower Spares

The water when showering suddenly goes cold. We have a combi boiler, and the hot water stays hot on the taps,but when showering the water goes cold and the shower is not calling for hot water so the boiler stops supplying hot water.

If the supply is ok everywhere else in the house and only the shower is affected then the thermostatic cartridge would be at fault. We would need to see this cartridge removed to advise as nearly all the parts for this shower are obsolete now.

If all the hot water outlets are affected then you would have a supply issue.
