Triton Parent 197 Shower Tower

Hi, we bought a house with this shower in it. The bottom outlet where the hose connects to the tower has worked its way loose. The shower hose is tight but the fitting it attaches onto (where it attaches to the white PVC tower) is very loose indeed. How can we tighten this fitting? Also the bottom shower head holder is loose, how do we tighten this up too? Many thanks

You maybe able to tighten the parts from the rear.
