No longer available as spare. Knob 'seized' to turn. Can the unit be dismantled to adjust or is there another thermostat spare that can be adapted ? Thanks.

You could try dismantling the unit and greasing/WD 40ing what you find. We do not know if there is another part that can be adapted to replace the discontinued one.
