Temperature

had a new shower fitted by a plumber. After 3 weeks we have varying water temperature. How do I remover the grub screw and adjust the thermostat

I guess fairly simple just take the plug out and insert an Alen key and slacken off the grub screw.     However wouldn’t it be better to get the plumber back if there is a problem with the shower that is only a few weeks old then I suspect that it is the plumber that needs to solve it
