Prd problem

I purchased a set of prd' from you a couple of years ago as one was blown. It has been working fine. I noticed some water dripping from the unit and the prd had become loose. I took the unit apart and replaced it with the other just to be sure but the prd just doesn't stay in correctly anymore. The o ring is present. I noticed that there is a slight gap between part 19 (outlet pipe) and the prd, I can't seem to see why this is. As a consequence the two plastic fins at the top of the outlet pipe are not flush with the base of the prd and they are not preventing the entire prd from coming out. Do you have any ideas? Thanks a lot

Could it be that you have left an ‘O’ ring in place so you have in fact got two ‘O’ rings in the bottom of the heating tank, or one that is not sitting properly.
