3/4 dual control thermostatic shower value

We have a 3/4 dual control thermostatic shower installed but the handle has been broken off I am looking at replacing the valve body no7 the pipe work has been installed in the wall and then tiled over I have a 135mm pipe centres but the pipes seem to be 22m coming out of the wall how could I over come this without removing the tiles ?

I think I would need to see this to understand exactly how your valve is fitted,

Would it not be easier just to replace the handles?

or even the front section of the valve if it is the spindles that are broken?
