This question is regarding Ultra 3/4 Dual Control Shower Valve - Shower Spares

Can you identify this shower valve

I think it’s the ultra 3/4 traditional exposed shower (Victorian style) but as the customer doesn’t have the manual I wanted to confirm with you. The temperate is only Luke warm so was thinking to replace the thermostatic cartridge. Also the flow handle has broken off. So I will need a new handle as well and the flow shroud bit.
