flow handle

just moved in.

tried shower by turning flow valve.

then flow valve would not turn off

Why?

There is a "O" ring in the Ultra Group Assembled Front Housing (cartridge) SNINASF that controls the on/off function and this maybe faulty. This item is not available from Ultra and needs to be optained from your local plumb store.
