Mixer ULtra shower - Hot or cold water only
I have recently replaced the front housing cartridge cartridge, wax thermostat and all the O rings from the service kit. The shower only runs very hot or cold. The thermostat does not seem to work nor can warm water be obtained by adjusting the temperature control knob.
I would appreciate any help.
As long as you have positioned the shuttle and the thermostat like in this picture,

and have fitted No 1 "O" ring from the service pack in the correct place, then I am at a loss as to what maybe causing this, unless you have a combi boiler and that is where the problem lies.
