This question is regarding Ultra 3/4 Dual Control Shower Valve - Shower Spares

Shower Cartridge

Customers shower is not getting hot and I emailed you and you identified my shower as a Ultra 3/4 Dual Control shower. I need to order a valve for it, please could you tell me the part number for this as when I click on spares there appears to be two different cartridges listed and I am not sure which one I need. Ref: Ticket #: 95936

Also is there a manual on how to take it all apart?
