Shower valve
If the shower has temperature problems or on / off issues and they are isolated to the shower, then you will either need a new cartridge or new thermostat.
The cartridge you require can be found via this link provided to our website however i suggest you test the thermostat (see below) www.showerdoc.com/ultra-group-dual-valve-service-kit-front-housing-and-cartridge-chrome-brass-sasf2-m
The piston and shuttle can be found via this link provided - www.showerdoc.com/vado-wax-thermostatic-cartridge but you probably wont need these items and your old one should be fine - you can also find a testing video for the thermostat in this link too.
Replacement showers can be found to the right of the cartridge page and new levers can be found at the foot of the cartridge page in the link above.
Please Note:
The replacement showers are now 15mm supply and NOT 3/4 like your current shower. This means that your pipework would need to be altered to 15mm supply for the new shower to fit.
This cartridge is normally in stock ready for shipping on a next working day delivery if ordered before 3PM Monday - Friday. (* Subject to stock availability)
