This question is regarding Ultra 3/4 Dual Control Shower Valve - Shower Spares

Unable to remove the temperature control knob

I am trying to change the temperature of the shower as it is not warm enough, however I am unable to remove the temperature knob as I cannot twist the outer casing to gain access to the working of it. We have the Victorian fittings. Do you have any advice please?

Not sure I absolutely follow however if you remove the end cap from the temp knob there is a screw inside that holds the knob on

Then on off lever is held on by an internal grub screw-
