Ultra A3900 Reef thermostatic bar shower

My shower is three years old and although it has a 10 year warranty, it is now obsolete! I need a flow cartridge but on looking, I cannot see the type that I am looking for. They appear to be slightly different to mine (namely a larger screw area. Can you please advise as to whether I can use the more updated one or you can obtain my original one. The shower supplier is saying that I need to replace the whole shower which is far from ideal!!

Yes this cartridge is obsolete and others are not suitable fittings wise. You may need to replace the shower valve.
