Is 'Ultra' the same as 'Bensham' ? My shower needs a new valve and it's a Bensham, but I can't find Bensham spares anywhere....but the diagram in my owners handbook is identical to the diagram you are showing for this Ultra spare. So are the two makes the same or did Ultra take over Bensham? Obviously I'm trying to find out if I can use this Ultra kit to repair my Bensham.

Bensham is a Crosswater product. If you send a picture or two in we will be able to tell which one you have an advise on parts etc.
