Helix Concealed Dual Shower Mixer 2004

Hi. I purchased a Helix Concealed Dual Shower Mixer from a company called SWW in 2004 (I think they no longer trade). I have attached a picture of the shower mixer block. I need to replace the cartridge and the head of mine looks very much as though it's the same as this. Do think that is likely?

Yes, this is the same cartridge.

Hi. I can't believe it's taken me this long to get around to replacing the cartridge but on doing so I'm up against another problem and was wondering whether you'd ever come across it. On removing the old cartridge, it has separated and left the gauzes, O-rings and casing in the body.

I've tried to place a hexagon at the back of the body but it will not shift despite using a lot of force. Any ideas?

If it proves to be not fixable can I still get the mixer body as a separate item?

Many thanks

David

You should try using some WD 40 on what is left of the cartridge , as this may help.

You may still be able to get the same shower from the Ultra range if this does not help.
