This question is regarding Ultra Showers Ultra Group Brass Thermostatic Cartridge - SA30049

Hudson Reed Tec Twon Concealed thermostatic shower valve A3098

Hi I need a replacement thermostatic valve for the above shower. The water is running cold, then scolding hot, then cold again. Please advise if you have in stock and delivery time. Many thanks Ruth

Below is the cartridge for your valve however the Spindle diameter is approx. 7.5mm. Please check your spindle diameter before ordering this item.

This may not be the case however Hot Cold cycling is often caused bay a fault with a combi
boiler.

If you can hold the hot pipe as it leaves the boiler or as it gets to the shower if the temperature of the pipe is going up and down then the fault is with the boiler.
