No water after fitting part

1st there was only cold water, bought the part, fitted it, now there is no water at all, what can I do please?

Did you follow the two videos we have on replacing the cartridge and resetting the temperature?

Yes, video 2 assumes water is coming out but it is not so its not helpful, sorry, hope you can help further? Thank you

You will need to remove the cartridge and check , using the flow handle , that the cartridge is opening and closing. If it is, then you may have a a problem with the supply to the shower.
