Ultra Group Dual Valve Service Kit Front Housing & Cartridge (Chrome/Brass)-Sasf2-m

I put the above Valve in my shower and a new thermostat bu it still running hot what would be the problem?

See the correct position etc of the thermostat and shuttle in the above.
It these are ok then you may need to check the cold inlet non return valve is not stuck.
