This question is regarding Ultra Group single sequential service pack (Ultra, Hudson Reed, Premier)

Hi,

This part looks identical to the valve on our old shower except that the housing on ours is made of plastic. Could we sent the parts to you for matching or could we order and if it does not fit, return it for a refund?

Yes this is the correct part, however if there is a problem in any way you can of course return it as long as it is undamaged.
