This question is regarding Ultra Showers Ultra Luxor temperature & flow assembly (AP392) - SA398TFA

Temperature control has failed

Do I need to replace the whole temp / flow assembly for my A398R Ultra Sola Dream Shower or is there a cartridge only option? If yes, which one and how do I get the old one out? Any help much appreciated.

If you can remove the cartridge , by using a set of grips , and send us a picture , we may be able to source a new one.

I believe the full controller unit is the Ultra Luxor temperature & flow assembly (AP392) - SA398TFA. But I was unable to work out from the site the thermostatic control cartridge model from it, and if it can be swapped a discreet component or I needed the whole assembly?
