I orders a sc50T32 from you and it did not stop the leak I think I now need a ssq50T32 cartridge could you explain what is difference between these cartridge's?

The sc50T32 is a thermostatic cartridge only , it does not shut of the water, whereas the ssq50T32 adjusts the temperature and the flow.
