This question is regarding Ultra SVR21 Flow Control Valve for the ART3210 - SVR21

on /off valve

I have been called out to a shower valve problem the on /off valve is passing water there is no indication of the manufacture the valve that you are showing looks like the one I require the old valve measures TOTAL LENGTH 85MM DIA 25MM SPINDAL LENGTH FROM TOP TO HEHAGON NUT 48MM

The length of the spindle is 48mm and is 9mm in diameter the overhaul length is 87mm and the body is 24mm.

To Id this properly we really need a photo of the valve and a couple of the cartridge its self then we can ID it for you.
