Hudson Reed Twin Control Thermostatic Shower

Hi, our Hudson Reed shower drips/runs constantly - I believe it needs a new thermostatic cartridge, A couple of plumbers have had a look and said they can't get parts. The shower is probably about 12 years old. Is this part likely to fit?
