Thermastat replacement

Hello. My shower is approximately 13 years old and now runs very cold. Looks likely the thermastat ? I have taken plates out but both cold and hot inlet screws will not turn to stop supply. So I cannot remove cartridge. Do you have instructions to remove and confirm cartridge model ? Thanks Brian

Below is the cartridge that fits into the valve that your link came from

www.showerdoc.com/ultra-group-therm-cartridge-sa30049

You may be able to ID it from the image and comparing it to the one you have .

www.showerdoc.com/ultra-twin-control-thermostatic-shower-valve-shower-spares

If it isn't the same one then you will have to remove the existing one and send the photos to us for identifacation.

Depending on the system you have you should be able to turn the water off in the attic by the cold water storage tank or the main supply comping into your house
