Inadequate flow - DC70T20

I have a Hudson Reed valve with DC70T20 fitted and suffer from really low flow. Cold is mains fed and roughly 6 bar. Hot is Salamander 3 bar pump, We have a Deva pressure equalising valve immediately prior to valve to balance pressures. We get a trickle through valve even with the non return valves removed. Pump is working fine as its a house pump feeding baths etc and we get top pressure there, Any thoughts?

The Deva pressure equalizing valve maybe faulty. You should check the flow from this to the shower first,
