3 way Shower - Shower Tap Fitting

Hi, Firstly please excuse my lack of terminology as I'm not a pro! I'm interested in buying the Steam -Shower 3-way diverter cartridge but looking at the picture the very end part, that goes into the actual tap, looks smaller than the one I currently have. My cartridge's bit with teeth is the same diameter as the brass shaft. Is there a fitting to go over this so it will fit my current taps? Thanks Rob

If you can send a photo of the valve then there is a good chance we will be able to ID it. If you can send a of photo of the valve with the knobs and covers removed, so we can see the top part of the cartridge then there is a better chance of us identifying it and if it is possible a photo of the cartridge itself as this will give us a better chance still of identifying the manufacturer.
