Shower problem

Hi, our shower intermittently looses power.. We don't know if it's the shower t the pump. The pump works the other shower and bath without any problem. Thank you

Check the filters on the thermostatic cartridge and the head , hose and inlet filters for blockages. If these are fine then it may be a faulty thermostatic cartridge.
