This question is regarding Vado Diverter Cartridge Brass Housing Assembly - HUB-003F-BRA

replacing thermo cartridge and off/on cartridge

Inherited shower valve, no identifying numbers. Looked on your website and identified bristan brass screwin thermostatic cartridge £118.80 and the Housing Assy (vado-hub-003f-BRA). Do you know if these two components are usually bought together as a possible replacement. The dimension of the thermo cartridge looks like its the same as my seized one. The on/off cartridge has no dimensions on your web however the dimensions of my old one is 74mm long and thread length 32mm long. It has a 32mm diameter on the widest point. Hope you can assist with info before I consider purchasing. Thank you.

If you can send a photo of the valve then there is a good chance we will be able to ID it. If you can send a of photo of the valve with the knobs and covers removed, so we can see the top part of the cartridge then there is a better chance of us identifying it and if it is possible a photo of the cartridge itself as this will give us a better chance still of identifying the manufacturer.

These are the parts for this shower , and depending on the faults and the diversions , it will be necessary to buy a number of the parts.

HI Barrie, Thanks for the info. Before I order, would my old diverter cartridge not fit into the housing-assy. The old cartridge marries up with the white fitting that's already in the valve itself (see photo). Thank You Steve Wright

If the diverter is still working, I can only see the insides, then they may marry up.
