Hi Im a plumber. I have a customer with what looks like a VADO inbuilt shower mixer, but no VADO name logo to be seen. It has a round cover plate. two taps. Bottom Tap is the temp adjuster. The Top tap is a three way 'OFF, Overhead Shower and Shower Hose' tap, which is leaking from the spindle. As you can see the rubber O rings on this spindle are now flat. I'd like to replace it and I think your housing Assembly for £41.20 may well be the correct replacement component. If I order it and find its not can I return this item and get the money back? Also the cartridge shown is red and beige in colour and doesn't match any VADO website Cartridge i can find! The Cartridge is working but its broken/separated in to two parts the red section with spindle which inserts into the brass assembly is separated from the beige bottom section which is wedged into the housing of the shower mixer body. I don't really want to go digging this out without a replacement. Would you have such an item and if so how much will that cost? Really appreciate your help with this

Yes no problem with the refund for returned parts as long as they have not been damaged and are resalable.

Can you also resend the original photos as well as I am on holiday from tonight :-) and someone else will have to pick this up.
