Vado Life 3 way diverter valve

Hi, My diverter valve is letting by. It looks exactly as in your diagram. I ordered spare part CEL002A/B-3/4 from you but it doesn't appear to be the right part. Under my diverter spindle housing is a blue plastic cartridge with two small pins that engage in the bottom of the brass housing. Is this part available & can I swap the part I have for the correct item please.

can you send us a couple of photos of your existing cartridge ?

We are getting no response to any emails sent to Vado about this, but will continue to try.

The replacement for this is coded CEL-RETROFIT/DIV It looks slightly different to this and is green with a brass spline.
