Seal Kit or Thermostat

Hi there,



Shower runs warm at best, so cleaned the cartridge and greased the seals. It then worked great for 10mins, but went back to being warm shortly. Is this the seals or a new thermostat?

It maybe a faulty "O" ring in the body as it works for 10 mins. Or an imbalance in pressures.
