This question is regarding Vola Cartridge - VR1277K

Tap Cartridge

Please could you let me know if this is the correct cartridge for the attached photo of a Vola tap.

If you can send a photo of the valve then there is a good chance we will be able to ID it. If you can send a of photo of the valve with the knobs and covers removed, so we can see the top part of the cartridge then there is a better chance of us identifying it and if it is possible a photo of the cartridge itself

Unfortunately all that I have is the photo of the taps I have sent you. If we order this cartridge and find that it is the incorrect one, would we be able to return this item?
