VOLA Spare Cartridge - VR3277K

I need to replace my shower VOLA Cartridge - VR3277K. How do I take off part 3032, the temperature handle? see attached diagram. There are no bolts or similar. I have tried everything but seems stuck. Have you got any suggestion? I have tried with a bit of WD40 and some plastic levers to push the temperature handle but is not moving at all. Francesco

There is no diagram with this question.

There should be a grub screw holding the handle on which needs removed.
