This question is regarding Watermill Osprey II 4500 Manual - Shower Spares

thermo power shower/model /4500t

only pumps cold water sometimes starts to pump hot' but shuts off after 1 sec.

This shower does not heat up the water and can only supply what is going to it.
Check that there is hot getting to the shower and if so then the mixer maybe faulty.
