Replacing an Osprey PC 3500 Watermill shower unit

I think my shower needs replacing, can you suggest a similar product that would be easy to swap over.

There is nothing that is a easy replacement, the Supajet 100 is the only thing that has left hand entries www.showerdoc.com/supajet-100-power-shower-white-chrome-2053-402
