BP100D not operating.

The first symptom was the pump not stopping when the hot tap was turned off. Then all was ok for quite a while. Then it did it again. Now, when the hot tap is turned on, the pump buzzes and does not pump. The buzzing stops when the tap is turned off, as would the pump turn off when operating normally, i.e. with that typical delay. Filters have been checked. The ends have been removed to check the impellers rotate freely. All seems well there. So is it due to a faulty switch? Advice appreciated please!

A faulty Part 11 maybe the cause of this.
