Watermill BP 100D

Pump keeps running when shower is switched off ( no leaks anywhere) I noticed one of previous answers suggested a sticking reed switch ( possibly the ASK 005 one which is apparently no longer available ) Is there an alternative or failing that is there any realistic chance that some sharp taps on the casing might release it. Really difficult to get to, so not keen to try if no real chance of getting it working !

The part is still available , but Grunfos are now only selling spares kits, and the above is the cheapest one to get the reed switch , if that is the problem.

You also get the candle which has the shuttle in it , which is what you need to give a sharp tap to get moving if this is the problem.
