replacement parts

I can not regulate the temperature, shower runs very hot. I think the cold water side of the pump is at fault. How do I determine what spares to order ?

First you need to establish that it is the pump that is at fault I would check that the inlet filters are clean then disconnect both ends and check what the flow is like out of each into a pail if the cold is noticeably poorer then it may be a faulty impeller
