Watermill Shower Pumps, PC50 DLV Stopped Working

My watermill pump which has been working ok for years suddenly stopped working. Intermittently it would start working, but then stopped permanently.

I replaced the PCB. Very briefly it worked, but then stopped again.

Each time the water is turned on there is an audible click but the pump does not come on.

Is it time to replace the pump or do I have another problem?

If there is power to the pump and it is a new PCB then it maybe the reed switch is faulty or worst of all the motor maybe seized.
