ONLY HOT WATER BEING PUMPED OUT , AND THAT LOSES PRESSURE ,WHEN TURNED TO COLD ONLY, PUMP DOES NOT SWITCH ON.

Sounds like you may have an issue with the cold impellor or the flow switch, unfortunately in both cases these parts have been discontinued.

Below is a link to the nearest replacement slight less powerful.

Your pump is 1.5 bar the replacement is 1.2bar
