Windmill WASP50 / AP202

Builder has recently moved our WASP50 shower pump and now it doesn't work. I think that he's reconnected it incorrectly can you tell me which of the four tubes should be connected to what please

Bent pipes in the ends are for the incoming water , and the ones on the top for the out going water.
