This question is regarding Watermill Pump WASP 66 - Spare Parts

Insufficient flow

I've just had a Mira Adept BRD Shower installed and connected to the existing Wasp 66 pump and now find that the flow is very low. Trouble shooting guides say to check the filters which the plumber had done on the shower flow valve but hardly any debris found in them. Are the pump filters / strainers on the inlet or outlet side?

Part 2 on the diagram is the filter.
