Wasp 66 shower pump suddenly stopped working

Hi. I have a Wasp 66 2.0 bar Windmill Grundfos shower pump. Has worked fine for about 3 years - not used all the time. One day was working fine. The next it completely stopped working. No sound. Trickle of water coming out the tap - as though no pump operational. There is power (fuse in plug not blown). I have spoken to Grundfos and they have suggested it could be the reed switch, unless the whole pump has gone. Is it simple to change the reed switch on this pump? Does it come with instructions - and is https://www.showerdoc.com/grundfos-reed-switch-and-insulating-boots-bp426 the right item to be purchasing? Appreciate any help anyone can offer.

You need to check that there is 230-240v into the pcb on the pump. If there is it is unlikely that both reed switches have gone faulty at the same time. It maybe a faulty pcb, that needs replaced.

There are no instructions with the reed switch.
