whale gulper 220

my pump will not switch off automatically when shower is turned off as it used to how do i fix problem?

Depending on your installation the pump will be switched on by a float switch in the waste outlet of your shower tray or floor or a flow switch in the feed(s) to the shower.
If one of these is stuck in the on position it will needto be replaced. This can be checked by disconnecting the leads from the switch and checking that the pump swithes off. If it does not then the fault is in the control unit. Once you have established the fault required spare can be ordered by calling our sales team on 0131 538 4343 option 1.
